What Is Manifestation?

Manifestation is a universal law as old as time itself…

Ever since "The Secret", was put out into the Universe, Manifestation became the most searched term on the internet. The title can be a bit misleading because in all reality, manifesting isn't a secret at all…

For ages and ages it has been shown that...

faith brings health, wealth and happiness.

Everything is made up of energy

What Can Manifestation Do?

Anything and I mean anything that you desire to achieve in this life is absolutely obtainable!

If you want a perfect soul mate to spend your life with… you can have it!

If you want to be a millionaire... There is nothing stopping you! You just have to want it bad in enough!

This all sounds pretty far fetched

But take a look around…

Look at your your friends and family….your boss, your coworkers

Look at the common stems within each one's basic mindset.

Can you envision how they are creating their realities?

How optimistic they are…

The confidence and knowing that they display…

The self-belief they possess.

You see, people in high places know and practice manifestation…

How Does It Work?

It starts with your thoughts --however, this only one element to the whole picture.

Manifestation is an alignment of energies!

3 main ingredients to transformation.

Thought, emotion, and action.

Here is how they work together….

Thought.

When we concentrate our thoughts, we focus more energy to the task of producing a desired result

Thought energy is a masculine output that we emit almost constantly.

It’s an energy that in many ways is overworked and can be hard to control due to its direct link with the ego.

Thought is the first energy we must awaken in order to manifest.

We use thought to picture our visualizations and to memorize our affirmations.

“All things that have happened to you are based on thoughts impressed on the subconscious mind through belief. The subconscious mind will accept your beliefs and accept your convictions.” – Joseph Murphy

Emotion.

The key to manifesting starts with focused thought and strong emotional desire

Emotion is a feminine output of energy that holds incredible power when it comes to manifestation.

We can use emotion in conjunction with our visualizations and affirmations in order to charge our intention with joy, excitement, and gratitude.

The concept of like attracts like should always be applied to both thought and emotion in order for your manifestations to be successful.

The reason for this is that if you are visualizing money but feeling negative emotions (such as lack and worry), then the manifestation that will arise from your thought and emotion will be an exact match...

In other words...

More worry and lack around money.

The ideal emotional state for manifestation is joy.

Therefore, if you are in a bad mood it’s not a good idea to practice your manifestation routine.

Instead, turn your attention to something that will make you feel better and do that until you can return to your manifestation practice in a higher emotional state.

“The rule of thumb is, you never take action when there is negative emotion within you because it will always be counterproductive. Always talk to yourself until you feel better and then follow the inspired action that comes from that open valve.” - Abraham Hicks

Action.

Thought+Emotion=Action

When your thoughts and emotions align with one another, they create ideas for action.

also know as…

The steps you just know you need to take in order to manifest whatever it is that you want.

So How Do You Manifest In Your Life?

1.) Let Go Of Bounding Beliefs


“You are the sum total of your own thoughts. You can keep from entertaining negative thought and imagery. The way to get rid of darkness is with light; the way to overcome cold is with heat; the way to overcome the negative thought is to substitute the good thought. Affirm the good, and the bad will vanish.” – Joseph Murphy

If you are new to manifestation or just cant get it right, you may have some limiting beliefs that need to be released before you start.

Limiting beliefs are false beliefs developed throughout the years of your childhood(a lot of times bc of your parents beliefs) that sit in your subconscious making you believe you are incapable of success.

Some examples of limiting beliefs....

“I don't deserve to be happy.”

“I am not smart enough to know how to be successful.”

“I didn’t go to college so I will never have a career.”

“I am not pretty or handsome enough to find love”

“I can only be rich if I work extremely hard every day.”

Having to release from these blocks in order to fine-tune your frequency for manifestation (also known as destiny tuning) is something

we all face from time to time.

Often all it takes is a small mindset tweak to get back on track with your manifestations.

2.) Use Manifestation


To Make Your Vision A Reality

“Once you make a decision, the universe conspires to make it happen.” - Ralph Waldo Emerson

This step is all about setting an intention and putting what you want out to the universe.

The key is to find manifestation techniques that resonate and create a routine that works for you!

3.) Entreat Emotion


“Does the walker choose the path or the path the walker?” Garth Nix

The choice is yours.

The 3rd step is to charge your inner action taker with high energy emotion.

Do this in alliance with your chosen manifestation technique but try to keep this energy at all times.

The goal is to find more reasons to be happy.

When we acknowledge and express gratitude, neural circuits releases dopamine into our brain by the hypothalamus. Dopamine give us a sense of happiness while prompting other positive feelings such as fulfillment and delight. In addition, when we identify the things we should be grateful for in our life, our brain also releases serotonin. Serotonin is produced in the intestines, the brain, blood platelets and the central nervous system (CNS). Serotonin is a natural anti-depressant that enhances our happiness and motivation.Learning how to naturally lift your serotonin levels may keep you from having to take medicine that alters your levels in a chemical way.

According to research published in Cerebral Cortex, gratitude stimulates key parts of the brain that regulate stress and produce the sensation of pleasure. If you choose to focus on good things, it will make you a happier person than if you focus on bad things. Its as simple as that.

How To Make It Work For You

Even if you’re in a tough spot, act happy and grateful regardless of how you actually feel. In a 1993 experiment, researchers asked people to force themselves to smile for 20 seconds. They found that this action stimulated brain activity associated with positive emotions. So, grin and bear it, even if it hurts. Read positive affirmations out loud. Remember, it’s a choice you make everyday. If you can’t force a smile, express a sense of gratitude instead.

4.) Follow Your Inner Guidance To Inspire Action


"Banish fear, doubt, and ill will from your mind. Trust the divine presence completely and say, "I have faith and confidence, I can do all things through God power that strengthens comforts and directs my paths....Say this every day and observe the wonders you will create."----Joseph Murphy

When you begin to discipline your mind, which will come with practice and daily affirmation, don't permit the doubt, anxiety, or timidity, God didn't give us a spirit of timidity.

Instead ...

Recognize of this world, we can't rely on our emotions to do all the work.

No you cant

snap your fingers at everything you want and have it come to you, unless your Paris Hilton or someone!

But come on that gets boring fast !
